International shipping

International delivery times vary between 6 – 12 business days depending on your location and shipping method you have chosen.

International parcels are sent via Poczta Polska and insured for full value. Ready-to-ship items will be carefully packaged & shipped WITHIN AROUND 24 business days. Please note that WE do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed Polish holidays.

Delivery is paid according to the tariffs of the logistics service "Poczta Polska” based on weight.

Upon arrival in the country of destination, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the destination country's customs. The recipient bears additional costs for customs clearance, in turn, we have no control over such expenses and can not predict what they can be. We are not responsible for customs delays. Tracking

You should receive an email confirmation after you’ve placed an order. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an additional email containing the tracking link and additional information of your package.

Returns

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit, please report it as soon as possible by sending me pictures of the damaged goods and packages at CONTACT@CRUSHDELIVERY.COM
Depending on your preference, the broken items will be replaced or refunded. Otherwise, returns are not accepted.
